For nearly two decades I worked within education, supporting young people through some of the most important and challenging years of their lives.

What Sessions Look Like

Sessions are relaxed, conversational and practical.

Depending on the young person's age and needs, we may use:

  • EFT tapping

  • NLP techniques

  • Nervous system regulation tools

  • Outdoor coaching and walking sessions

  • Visual and creative exercises

The goal is not to "fix" your teenager.

The goal is to help them develop the skills and confidence to navigate life more effectively.

Initial Consultation & Assessment

90 Minutes – £150

This includes:

  • Parent and teen consultation

  • Full wellbeing and challenge assessment

  • Goal setting

  • Initial coaching tools and strategies

  • Personalised support plan

Teen Transformation Package

4 x 60-Minute Sessions – £350

Includes:

  • Four 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Personalised tools and exercises

  • Progress tracking

  • Parent update at the end (where appropriate)

Follow-Up Coaching Sessions

60 Minutes – £90 per session

Parent Information

For young people under 18, a parent or guardian will be involved in the initial consultation and consent process.

Confidentiality is respected, while ensuring appropriate safeguarding and support for the young person.
