NNRT
Negative Neuro-Pathway Reversal Therapy (NNRT) is an integrative transformational therapy designed to help individuals break free from negative thought patterns, emotional responses, limiting beliefs, and unwanted behaviours.
NNRT combines a range of therapeutic approaches including Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), coaching techniques, mindfulness, and bilateral eye movements to support deep emotional processing and lasting change.
Rather than simply managing symptoms, NNRT works to help reprocess and reduce the emotional charge connected to difficult experiences, memories, thoughts, and behaviours. It is designed to help interrupt negative neurological patterns and create healthier emotional and behavioural responses moving forward.
NNRT may support individuals experiencing:
Anxiety and stress
Low confidence and self-esteem
Trauma and emotionally distressing experiences
Fears and phobias
Anger and emotional overwhelm
Feeling “stuck” or unable to move forward
Smoking cessation and unwanted habits
Nail biting and compulsive behaviours
Negative thinking patterns
Performance anxiety
Emotional regulation difficulties
…and many other challenges that impact wellbeing, mindset, and day-to-day life.
How Does NNRT Work?
NNRT uses bilateral stimulation techniques, alongside guided therapeutic approaches, to help the brain process unresolved emotional experiences in a different way.
During sessions, clients are gently guided to acknowledge and process thoughts, feelings, emotions, or memories that may have been suppressed or avoided. Often, people cope by pushing difficult emotions away but unresolved emotions can continue to influence behaviour, stress responses, confidence, and decision-making beneath the surface.
By safely processing these experiences within a supported therapeutic environment, the emotional intensity attached to them can begin to reduce, allowing the individual to move forward with greater clarity, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a deeply relaxed state of focused awareness, similar to meditation or becoming absorbed in a daydream. During this state, the mind becomes calmer and more receptive to positive, helpful suggestions that support lasting change and personal growth.
Contrary to common myths, you remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. You cannot be made to do, say, or reveal anything against your will. Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process designed to help you access the subconscious patterns, beliefs, and behaviours that may be holding you back allowing change to happen at a deeper level.
